Shopping at Bellaluna Crafts is very easy: simply browse our store and add your favorite items to your wishlist. When you are ready to purchase, add the item to your cart, specify the quantity, and follow the steps displayed to complete the order. You must choose your preferred payment method and delivery service (shipping costs are not included in the product price). Shipping costs are €4.99 (VAT included) for orders under €50, €2.99 (VAT included) for orders over €50, and free shipping for orders over €90. Orders will be shipped via courier and delivered within 24/72 business hours after validation. You will be informed via email about your order status and any potential issues.

If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you have seven business days from the delivery date to exercise your right to return, as established in articles 68 and 101 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
To return an item, send an email to devoluciones@bellalunacrafts.com with the reference number and product description. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as stated in article 101.1 of the mentioned law.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts, in perfect condition to qualify for a refund.
