Shopping at BellaLuna Crafts is very simple: just browse our shop and add your favourite items to your wish list. When you are ready to buy, add the item to your basket, specify the quantity and follow the steps shown to complete your order. You will need to choose your preferred payment method and delivery service (shipping costs are not included in the product prices).
The minimum order value for shipping is €20.

The products available in our online shop are defined in their descriptions. If you have any questions at any point, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone.
The prices shown include the applicable VAT. BellaLuna Crafts may change the sale prices shown in its shop at any time.
Orders are sent by courier and delivered within 48/72 working hours once the order has been validated. We will inform you by email, at the address you provided, of the status of your order and of any issue that may arise, so that you are kept up to date at all times.
BellaLuna Crafts is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier service.
Orders are placed through our website by registering as a user and providing the information requested on the registration form. You must provide a valid email address so that we can confirm receipt and acceptance of your order by sending confirmation to that address.
By placing an order you fully accept the price, the description of the products and, of course, these general terms and conditions of sale.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we receive no response from the customer regarding important aspects of the order, if we are not provided with the information needed to ship the goods and collect payment, if any unlawful conduct is observed, or if payment is invalidated for any reason.
BellaLuna Crafts Returns Policy — If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, as established in articles 68 and 101 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To return one or more products from an order, or the entire order, the customer must send an email to devoluciones@bellalunacrafts.com stating the reference number and description of the product being returned. Return costs are payable by the buyer, as established in article 101.1 of the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.
To be entitled to a refund of the amount previously paid, products must be returned in their original packaging, including any manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, and in perfect condition.
Once BellaLuna Crafts has received the goods and checked their condition, you will be refunded the price of the products as soon as possible, the maximum legal period for issuing the refund being 30 days.
Once 14 calendar days have passed from receipt of the order without the customer having exercised their legal right of withdrawal, returns will not be accepted, except in the case of a faulty product or where a product different from the one ordered was sent in error.
If the faulty or incorrect item is not available, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible and always within a maximum of 30 days.
Exchanges are subject to the same policy as returns. If for any reason it is not possible to exchange the product, its value will be refunded. In all cases, the shipping costs for receiving the new product are payable by the customer.
In the case of bookings for in-person workshops, the booking fee is non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by BellaLuna Crafts.

Bellaluna Crafts, C.B. offers the following payment methods:
Secure credit card payment gateway: You can pay by credit card through our secure payment gateway provided by BBVA. While paying for your order you will be taken to your bank's page, which will process the payment and then redirect you back to our site to confirm that the payment has been completed successfully.
PayPal: The user must pay via the PayPal payment system, following the steps it indicates. This payment system accepts credit cards. At the end of the process you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the payment has been completed successfully. We will also receive an email confirming payment, at which point we will begin preparing your order for shipping.
Bank transfer: The user has a maximum of 3 working days to make the bank transfer to the account shown below. If payment has not been made within that period, we will immediately cancel the order.
Bellaluna Crafts, C.B. will keep customers informed at all times of any change to the payment methods listed above. If at any point there is a problem with one of the payment methods, if new ones are added, or if any of those listed is withdrawn, this will always be reflected in these payment terms.
