You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give a reason. To do so, email us at devoluciones@bellalunacrafts.com with your order number and the product reference.
The item must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, with all its accessories and any promotional gifts included. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Once we receive the parcel and check its condition, we refund the amount using the same payment method, within the legal maximum of 14 days from confirmation of the return.
Digital collections and access to workshop videos are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, which the customer accesses immediately in their customer area once payment is confirmed.
For that reason, and in accordance with article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply: during checkout the customer expressly requests immediate access to the content and acknowledges that by doing so they lose their right of withdrawal, by ticking the box provided. This is confirmed in writing in the order confirmation email.
If the file or video does not work correctly or does not correspond to the product purchased, we will fix it or refund the full amount, with no time limit.
Our workshops consist of a box of materials and access to the video tutorial. The box is a physical product and may be returned within 14 calendar days, unused, complete and in its original packaging, with return shipping at the customer's expense.
Access to the video is not returnable, as set out above. Accordingly, in these cases we refund the amount paid minus the value of the video access, which is stated on each workshop's product page.
While the workshop video has not yet been published, the customer has not accessed any digital content and may therefore withdraw from the purchase as normal within the 14 calendar days.
Deposits for in-person workshops are non-refundable, unless BellaLuna Crafts cancels the workshop, in which case the full amount is refunded.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, email us at devoluciones@bellalunacrafts.com with your order number and, if possible, a photograph. The 14-day period does not apply in these cases: we will send you the correct item or, if it is out of stock, refund you.
